As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests at the poolside area. This role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Greet members and guests warmly as they arrive at the pool area.Assist patrons with seating arrangements and provide towels and other amenities as needed.Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of poolside tables, chairs, and service areas.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in handling and serving food and beverages.Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their experience.Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and club events.Uphold the club's service standards and policies at all times.Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role preferred, especially in a high-end hospitality setting.Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and order delivery.Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Additional Requirements:Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (according to local regulations).Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.Professional appearance and grooming standards.Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Benefits:Competitive wages and gratuities.Access to club amenities and facilities.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.Employee discounts on food, beverage, and merchandise.Join our team and be part of a dynamic and welcoming environment where providing exceptional service is our top priority.
