The Delta Hotel Orlando Celebration is hiring a Pool Server.
Responsibilities:- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
- To perform other duties as directed by your supervisor or Club manager
- Seek out the supervisor letting them know that you are present
- Assist in providing the pool amenities to guests
- Serve food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment
- Provide exceptional service
- Full knowledge of F&B menus and offerings
Qualifications:- Prior service experience in the food and beverage industry
- Upbeat personality
