We are looking for an experienced Pool Service Territory Leader to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for training, supervising pool technicians, handling customer service issues and escalations, and ensuring profitable growth in our residential swimming pool business. Pool Scouts is looking for a full-time, year-round high-quality pool service territory leader with a natural work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude, and experience in the field. In addition to the regular duties of a pool technician, the pool maintenance specialist would also be required to make minor repairs to the pool as necessary.
