Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 6:30AM - 3:00PM.Responsibilities:
- Performs routine maintenance of filters, pumps, heaters, and other mechanical equipment related to operation of swimming pools and hot tubs according to established schedules.
- Insures that routine back washing of filters is performed on scheduled basis.
- Inspects pools and equipment rooms are operating efficiently.
- Insures that all water chemistry testing is performed and up to set standards.
- Apply chemicals to balance pools as necessary.
- Maintains and makes repairs to equipment used in the course of work.
- Brushes and vacuums pool keeping debris, bacterial growth, and marks off of floor and walls.
- Maintains daily pool records as required for Health Department. Reports safety and fire hazards.
- Establishes helpful relationship with members and agencies in the community.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Pool Operation certification (can acquire once hired).
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs.
