Pool Title POOL - Testing Lab Assistant - Federal Work Study Pool Number S2-21 Announcement Summary
This is a continuous recruitment pool not specifically advertised.
The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates.
We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings.
Testing Lab Assistant - Seeking a responsible and dependable individual. Must be able to stand for periods of time. Frequent walking is expected. Must demonstrate high quality customer service. Must be familiar with using a computer, mouse, and printer.
Duties
Login each workstation and shut down properly
Assist in the distribution and collection of test material and exhibits
Verify candidates' identification on monitor matches the seated candidate
Escort candidates to testing lab and seat them appropriately
Clean and disinfect lab after each candidate
Ability to recall policy and procedures and maintain attention to detail
Ability to provide candidate rules to candidates
Maintain confidentiality of testing data, usernames, and passwords
Ensure storage lockers are emptied daily
Minimum Qualifications
Have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file for current award year.
Have a financial need.
Not be in default on a federal loan.
Have not reached Lifetime Pell Eligibility limit.
Have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file for current award year.
Have an eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
Be in a program eligible for financial aid.
Have at least a cumulative 2.0 financial aid GPA.
Be currently enrollment in at least six (6) credit hours or more in an approved program.
Possess satisfactory telephone and customer service skills.
Good reading, writing and communication skills.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Ability to operate office equipment and utilize office computer systems.
Ability to work both independently and with others.
Ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrate the ability to professionally, effectively and tactfully provide services to the administration, faculty, staff, and students

Full or Part Time Work Study Special Instructions to applicants
Must have not taken an exam via Pearson Vue or preparing to take a Pearson Vue exam
