Shift awareness and a positive attitude are essential to being a full time Manager. We depend on our full time Managers to lead by example and to always make our guests feel welcome and appreciated.Manager Responsibilities:
- Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
- Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
- Prepares and packages customer orders to their satisfaction.
- Cleans and prepares cooking and prep areas.
- Demonstrates a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
- Accounts for food quality and quantity.
- Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance.
- Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority.
- Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of order.
- Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 40lbs. from one area to another)
- Ability to operate a computerized POS system
- Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
- Enthusiasm and team player
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- 1 year pervious management(optional)
