DescriptionFull Time Manager-PopeyesIf you're ready to take your career to the next level with a company that is rapidly growing, then we have the opportunity that you've been looking for.Position Summary:Full time Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency and excellent customer service, effective staff management and problem solving. Shift awareness and a positive attitude are essential to being a full time Manager. We depend on our full time Managers to lead by example and to always make our guests feel welcome and appreciated.Manager Responsibilities:
  • Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
  • Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
  • Prepares and packages customer orders to their satisfaction.
  • Cleans and prepares cooking and prep areas.
  • Demonstrates a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Accounts for food quality and quantity.
  • Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
  • Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance.
  • Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority.
  • Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of order.
  • Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 40lbs. from one area to another)
  • Ability to operate a computerized POS system
  • Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
  • Enthusiasm and team player
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • 1 year pervious management(optional)
