Job Description:Location: 1045 S State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111As our business continues to grow, we need an enthusiastic Service Valet to join our Porsche team. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all of our customers.What you'll doService Valets keep cars flowing through our Service Departments. You'll greet customers, move vehicles, and work with Service Advisors and Technicians to make sure our customer's vehicles receive first class care at all times. Duties and Responsibilities

• Punctual and regular attendance.
• Attentive to customer needs and responsive to customer inquiries where appropriate.
• Effectively manage a high volume of work
• Initiate and maintain relationships with customers
• Enhance the service process by creating a first class customer experience
• Move vehicles between the service drive and shop/staging areas
• Respond quickly to the needs of the department and the customers
• Team Effort: Demonstrates a concern for meeting departmental needs through activities such as accepting overtime work.
• Practice safe work habits and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Any other task required by your manager.

Requirements

• Able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record, or, minimal violations.

  • Service Valets work Monday through Saturday. Shifts range from early, mid and closing.
• What kind of training or experience do you need for this role?
  • None. Any experience in prior automotive or customer facing roles is a plus, but we'll train anyone that has a passion for helping customers and wants to be in the automotive industry.
