Support all portfolio management processes, including investment planning and delivery operating model. Implement tools to support the CDO change portfolio governance, reporting, and control frameworks. Ensure transparency into the delivery roadmap, identifying trends and critical RAID items. Run processes to measure and report on portfolio performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Communicate and coordinate effectively with key stakeholders to gather status updates and drive program reporting. Drive portfolio management discipline and continuous improvement across the Firmwide CDO. Produce all portfolio governance forum packs in support of the Firmwide CDO execution governance. Ensure evidence of Firmwide execution governance is maintained as planned. Develop and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders across Lines of Businesses and functional areas.
