Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, TriState Capital Bank provides premier private banking, commercial banking, and treasury management products and services to corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth (HNW) clients.The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Credit Risk Portfolio Manager assists the relationship managers with the ongoing administration of loan portfolios and the underwriting of existing relationships (renewals) to ensure the Bank maintains high credit quality and to provide more time for the relationship managers to generate new business opportunities.Primary Functions of the Position:**_** Prepares the following for Senior Management:_o Credit Approval Request (CAR) to Senior Loan Committeeo Modificationso Covenant Waivers/Amendmentso Periodic Reviewso Assessment of Real Estate Sponsorshipo Special Asset Reports**_** Manages / monitors assigned portfolio for:_o Loan Performanceo Accurate and Timely Risk Ratingo Required Financial Reportingo Covenant Complianceo Payment Delinquencieso Overdrafts**_** Ensures compliance with the Bank's credit policies and procedures, identifying exceptions for approval as they occur._**_** Ensures the set-up of credit facilities on Baker Hill and other internal systems is consistent with the reporting requirements and covenants contained in the loan documents._**_** Review and update with the market and senior management construction monitoring, leasing status and upcoming loan maturities._**_** Monthly construction monitoring._**_** Ensures the timely spreading of financial statements provided by clients._**_** Review of loan documents and third-party reports related to CRE._**_** Conducts site inspections as needed._QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of credit analysis and underwriting experienceCompletion of a bank commercial credit training program and experience analyzing commercial / residential real estate projects (income producing properties including retail, office, industrial and multi-family; land acquisition and development loans, and construction loans) preferredEssential Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated knowledge of investment commercial real estate finance for multiple loan and property typesExcellent organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assignments in a timely manner with minimal directionStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamProficient in various spreadsheet and word processing applications, including the use of graphs and chartsJob: BankingPrimary Location: US-OH-Cleveland-ClevelandOther Locations: US-PA-Pittsburgh-Pittsburgh, US-PA-Villanova-VillanovaOrganization TriState Capital BankSchedule Full-timeJob Shift Day JobTravel NoReq ID: 2403623
