Responsibilities:
- Cultivate the CLO platform through strategic portfolio creation and optimization.
- Vigilantly monitor CLO performance, ensuring compliance and managing cash balances.
- Collaborate closely with credit research to enhance portfolio quality.
- Provide vital portfolio inputs for marketing via thorough review of monthly trustee reports.
- Manage trading activities and promptly address investor inquiries.
- Foster and maintain strong investor relationships through proactive engagement.
- Address ad-hoc requests from senior management with agility and efficiency.
Expectations:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Accumulate 10-12 years of experience in loan investment management or corporate lending, with a focus on CLO management.
- Possess familiarity with credit agreements and CLO documents.
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial applications such as Wall Street Office, Bloomberg, etc.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel as needed.
