Portfolio Manager | Sub PM - Rates Relative Value | US / UK / UAE | Salary + PnL

I am working with a new client who has grown to become one of the world's leading alternative asset managers, with a focus on global macro and fixed-income trading. The firm is known for employing sophisticated strategies and a diverse set of trading approaches, including discretionary and systematic models across a range of asset classes.

They are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager / Sub PM specializing in Rates Relative Value strategies to bring over to the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute rates relative value strategies
• Manage portfolio risk (interest rates, credit, liquidity)
• Construct and optimize portfolios
• Monitor markets and adjust strategies in real-time
• Collaborate with research, risk, and operations teams

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Rates Relative Value trading
• Expertise in government bonds, swaps, and interest rate derivatives
• Live strategy with sharpe ratio of over 1.5

Compensation:

Competitive package up to ~$200,000 + PnL and significant capital allocation opportunities.
