Summary Descriptionnbkc bank is currently looking for aPost-Closing Coordinatorto join our post-closing team.The Post-Closing Coordinator is responsible for receiving closed loan packages and delivering investor loan packages for purchase within a certain delivery time. They assist with insuring our government loans and work with settlement agents to collect recorded security instruments and final title policies to deliver to the investors that have purchased our loans from us.This position will work @Flex (a combination of both in the office and at home).Check out more details below.What you'll doReceive daily closed loan packages and review for quality control to include signatures, notary stamps, accurate dates and loan amountsScans and/or copies documents for completed files and forwards them to investorsCompletes insurance and fee processes for government loansEnters purchase advice data and balances with incoming wires dailyCompletes secondary audit requests from investors and resubmits as necessaryManages various daily reports and processes used by secondary marketing for pipeline managementAssists in reviewing, interpreting and communicating information from InvestorsProvides administrative support to operations department as neededScans and/or copies documents for completed files and forwards to investors or servicersDelivers data and document files to agencies and investors on sold loansUploads data files to servicers for boardingTracks the return of recorded documents and final title policies through Encompass and forwards to investors, servicers and/or document custodianMakes direct phone calls to settlement agents as required to obtain documents when necessaryReviews reports from investors and internal reports to track missing documentation and follows up with settlement agentsFollows all applicable laws and regulationsPerforms other duties and projects as assignedWhat you'll bringHigh school diploma or GED required1 year's administrative support experienceGeneral knowledge of mortgage terminology, documentation and proceduresProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsBonus PointsStrong customer service skillsStrong detail orientationAbility to organize and prioritize and meet deadlinesStrong math skillsAbility to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodationOur Hiring ProcessAfter we review your application and feel you're a potential fit we will reach out with next steps.
