Position SummaryThe position will conduct state-of-the-art epigenomics and single cell assays using mouse genetic or organoid models to investigate gene regulatory mechanisms related to intestinal health including diet, nutrition, inflammation, regeneration, stem cell biology, and colon cancer. Duties will include mouse genetics models, organoid models, epigenomic and single cell omic data generation. Data analysis, manuscript writing, and presentation will be required.

QualificationsMinimum Education and ExperiencePhD is required. PhD training is required to successfully complete sophisticated projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesWill need to think independently as well as work within the group to brainstorm and troubleshoot. Experience with epigenomics-related equipment and data analysis software is required.
