About the role
As Bids and Tenders Representative in Iberia, you will manage the entire tender process from application to completion and timely submission. Your key responsibilities include populating pre-qualification questionnaires, performing tender application and tracking, and collating and shipping tender documents.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Populate pre-qualification questionnaires
* Perform Tender application and tracking
* Process Tender document collation and shipment
* Process Internal information requests
* Documentation control / check & system update
* Complete customer reporting
* Respond to customer data requests (external)
* In charge of Internal (Sales, Finance, Marketing etc.) & External Customer communication
* Resolve basic Bids & Tenders activities including investigating and performing root cause analysis under direction and supervision
* Solve more complex problems and produce standard reporting & Analysis
About you
* +2 years of previous related experience
* Upper intermediate English level
* Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite. Experience with an ERP software is a plus.
* Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and in a cross-functional team environment
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
* Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
* Strict attention to detail
* Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
