The primary result expected from the Powder Utility position is to accurately fill and weigh buckets with powdered resin. The Powder Utility position will be responsible for stocking the rotational molding machines with buckets of powdered resin and monitoring resin inventory for cross-contamination. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reads bucket labels to accurately weigh the powdered resin according to part number.
- Properly identifies the correct powdered resin as listed in the BOM.
- Inspects powdered resin for cross-contamination and ensures gaylords are properly covered.
- Ensures that buckets are continuously stocked for Machine Operators.
- Maintains a clean, organized work area to avoid contamination.
