Power BI Developer - W2 only

We are seeking an experienced and passionate PowerBI Developer to join with our client.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing remote work two days a week and in-person collaboration at our Buffalo, NY Tech Hub.

The PowerBI Developer will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PowerBI solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation to create modern PowerBI dashboards
• Connect to diverse data sources and extract relevant data for comprehensive analysis.
• Design and refine data models for impactful reporting.
• Create interactive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end process of PowerBI solution development.
• Create and optimize complex queries for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
