- We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Lead with a strong track record in developing and deploying Power Platform solutions In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Power Platform developers and working closely with stakeholders to design build and maintain Power Platform solutions You will leverage your expertise in Power Platform Dataverse Model Driven and Canvas Apps SharePoint SQL and Power Apps Portals to create scalable and impactful business applications
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps and ModelDriven Apps
- Utilize Dataverse to create data models and entities that drive business processes and datadriven applications
- Develop and customize SharePoint integrations within Power Platform solutions
- Ensure efficient data storage and management using SQL and Dataverse
- Mentor and lead a team of Power Platform developers providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Coordinate and prioritize development efforts to meet project deadlines and business requirements
- Conduct code reviews and quality assurance to maintain high standards in solution development
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business processes
- Communicate project progress and milestones to stakeholders effectively
- Develop and maintain Power Apps Portals to provide external stakeholders with selfservice access to data and applications

- Technical Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in developing Power Platform solutions
- Proficiency in creating Canvas Apps and ModelDriven Apps
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse for building data models and entities
- Experience with SharePoint integration within Power Platform
- SQL expertise for data management
- Familiarity with Power Apps Portals and portal development
- Solid understanding of data architecture and best practices
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field eg Computer Science Information Technology
- Proven experience in leading Power Platform development projects with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands on experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
