Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking skilled Data Engineer (PowerApps) to support a classified program for the U.S. Army in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The team is seeking individuals well-versed with O365 enterprise platforms such as PowerApps and SharePoint to support a secure cloud-based enterprise environment for the DoD.

Responsibilities of the Data Engineer:
* Offer expertise and conduct analysis in data visualization, particularly using Microsoft Power BI, while developing and tracking performance metrics, presenting data, translating strategic visions into actionable goals and objectives, and managing relationships.
* Develop performance metrics and success criteria for projects and programs.
* Conduct after-action data assessments and create deliverables (such as plans, reports, and briefings) for executive staff.
* Develop and enhance decision-making dashboards, collect performance data, and produce data visualizations using Power BI, Power Apps, and the Power Platform.
* Collaborate with organizational data and project teams to standardize data analysis and management strategies.
* Present deliverables and visualizations to non-technical audiences effectively.
* Develop and implement data strategies for daily and weekly reports.
* Conduct ad hoc analyses and respond to client requests.
* Support research projects, capability development efforts, and innovation initiatives.
* Assist with project management, logistics, and communication activities.
* Consider and evaluate user experiences for the team's portfolio of web and online applications, including Microsoft products such as SharePoint and Power BI.
* Design and develop high-quality graphic elements that enhance the user experience and adhere to design language standards.
Qualifications of the Data Engineer:
* Active Secret Clearance
* Bachelors degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience
* Experience managing and configuring Microsoft websites and applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI
* SharePoint and PowerApps experience required
* Cloud support expertise to the IEN enterprise (O365, Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
Compensation of the Data Engineer:
* Total compensation based on experience level - $150,000 - $165,000+ based on experience level
