ARFA Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled PowerBI Developer to join our team. As a PowerBI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create visualizations that provide valuable insights to the business.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to create meaningful visualizations.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI.
- Optimize report performance and data refresh schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and iterate on report designs.
- Train end-users on how to interact with and interpret Power BI reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a PowerBI Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX formula language.
- In-depth knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Power BI certifications are highly desirable.
