PowerBuilder Developer
: Job Details :

 Minimum of 7 years of experience with PowerBuilder and Oracle PL/SQL, including expertise in Packages, Stored

Procedures, Triggers, Functions, PFC Libraries, and PowerScript. Proficiency with Oracle 19c or higher is required.

 Good Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning

 Good Knowledge of database security and authentication

 Oracle-specific tools: TOAD, SQL Plus

 Strong data analysis, data modeling, design and implementation skills

 Ability to work on a large complex system, within a team or individually, strong communication skills, analytical and

problem-solving skills, project management and understanding customer's changing business requirements are

required

Preferred but not required experience / skills / knowledge:

 Preferred experience working in a Utilities industry; Accounts, Customers, Billing, Payment, Advanced Metering

Infrastructure and Interfaces, Service Orders

 Design, develop, program, test and implement PowerBuilder applications software

 Manage all phases of the SDLC from analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance

 Strong understanding of .NET development frameworks, (Angular and MAUI is a plus);

 PowerBuilder 12/2017 or higher, PowerDesigner or similar CASE Tool

 Data warehousing and ETL, Agile development methodologies
