This is a critical, cross-brand role that will create, develop and implement best-in-class digital advertising and paid search initiatives designed to drive prospect acquisitions for clients. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our marketing strategies across all digital channels. We are seeking someone with a strong grasp of paid search and social advertising, with the ability to create results driven paid campaigns.

Essential Functions
- Coordinate with internal team members to formulate comprehensive, evidence-based digital strategies for our clients including Paid Search, Display Advertising, Retargeting, YouTube Advertising and Social Advertising.
- Keyword, online market, user traffic and online competitor research to ensure our clients ads optimize and drive results.
- Manage the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for paid search, digital display, social media and YouTube campaigns - including strategic roadmaps and keyword research.
- Creating and implementing campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings.
- Daily use of reporting and analytics tools to understand effectiveness of tactics as they relate to goals.
- Compilation of performance results on a monthly and quarterly basis with analysis for leadership level presentations.
- Effectively manages efforts to focus on delivering on top priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor competitive landscape and develop recommendations.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands on experience managing digital marketing programs
- Agency experience a plus
- Analytical thinking with strong business acumen
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google, Adwords etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Social Advertising, AdWords and Google Analytics
- Individual must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to multitask while meeting numerous daily deadlines
- Strong presentation skills
