SummaryProvides professional patient care and practices physical therapy by evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting treatment, in accordance with the philosophy and essential functions of the clinic, the rehabilitation department, the appropriate State Practice Act, the American Physical Therapy Association, and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Organizations.EducationMust have a BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Licensure/CertificationMust hold a current license in the state of employment. Must be certified in CPR by American Heart or American Red Cross; or must become certified within 90 days of employment. Must maintain certification according to expiration date.Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse.
