SummaryResponsible for overall practice leadership, quality outcomes, care delivery, management and financial performance of the designated primary care practices(s). Works with senior leadership, physicians, co-workers and patients in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of businessEducationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Healthcare Administration or Business Management preferred.Licensure/CertificationClinical or nursing licensure a plus.Experience3-5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare environment, physician office preferred. Must be able to demonstrate experience related to leadership, finance, clinical operations, service excellence, and quality outcomes measurement.Other QualificationsSolid verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to understand and evaluate both clinical and non-clinical roles of co-workers.
