FC Tulsa Public Relations and Promotions Team Internship OpportunitiesFC Tulsa, is looking for energetic, outgoing and passionate individuals to help us build brand awareness through our Public Relations and Promotions Team. Internships are available year-round, and candidates are evaluated on a rolling basis. Internships are for academic credit only. Interns will be required to perform the majority of tasks in person, with prevailing health and safety protocols in place.Position Overview:FC Tulsa's Public Relations and Promotions Team has three main goals: 1) Promote FC Tulsa and establish brand awareness through in-person events and activities throughout our Tulsa community, 2) Organize and coordinate FC Tulsa Events, both in person and in the digital community 3) Help to create an engaging, well-organized, and fun game day experience for FC Tulsa home games.The ideal applicant will be a self-starter, curious about pushing their craft, and be ready to take on new challenges. The desire to be part of a start-up and build something special is required.Our Motto: For Tulsa is at the center of all that we do.Duties will include, but are not limited to the following :MARKETING:Engage current and prospective fans of FC Tulsa in a professional and positive manner through various events and other in-person marketing efforts.Work FC Tulsa Events both at the stadium and in the greater Tulsa communityAssist in researching new events around the Tulsa area for potential involvement.Generate excitement for FC Tulsa by being positive and knowledgeable about the organization and brand.Write pre-event planning documents and post-event recaps.HOME GAME DAY EXPERIENCE (typically March-November):FC Tulsa's home games take place at the beautiful ONEOK Field in downtown Tulsa. On home game days, we transform an empty stadium into an impressive game day experience for FC Tulsa fans.
