Job Description:
DEFINITION: Works under the supervision of the Executive Director in providing leadership, growth, direction and general administration for a multisite FQHC. Coordinates with clinical departments, various locations, hospital departments, community and statewide partners. Responsible for ensuring the practice has the resources and capacities needed to meet its mission as outlined by the Executive Director and Board of Directors.Ideal candidate will be forward thinking individual able to proactively adjust both the practice and himself/herself to rapidly changing market conditions and regulatory environments. Must be able to foster good working relations with medical providers and maintain an environment of mutual trust.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in a federally qualified health center is a plus. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business administration, healthcare administration, Public Health or other related field. Master's Degree strongly preferred. 5 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare setting including direct supervision of staff and ability to successfully work with providers.
