Together, we are Catalyst Physician Group - where your career can flourish as you help communities thrive.JOB SUMMARY:The Practice Administrator will oversee all clinical and administrative aspects of the office and ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing an average of 30 employees, including a mix of providers and staff. You will manage day-to-day operations, support our mission, manage budget and revenue, enforce policy and compliance, and lead staff in providing exceptional care to our patients.   • Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient safety
  • Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Mentor and develop medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the site, aligning with the organization's overall mission and goals
  • Leverage internal and external stakeholder relationships to execute site goals and initiatives.
  • Develop regular reporting of site operations to site physician leader and VP of Operations
  • Oversee business management support to include contractual relationships, new service feasibility, strategic partnerships, and staffing analyses
  • Maintain financial controls for the site to include monitoring accounts receivables and payables, assist in budget forecasting.
  • Effectively manage controllable costs such as labor and expenses.
  • Provide effective coaching, training and development opportunities for teams to include performance reviews, onboarding, and timely counseling.
  • Ensure clinical training and quality assurance standards are being followed and administered
  • Actively participate and attend required meetings
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or related field or relevant 10 years of experience
  • 8+ years of clinical-based, physician practice management, and healthcare administrative/operational experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients, physicians, supervisors and support staff
  • Proven success of building and growing a medical practice
  • Effective leader, team builder, mentor and coach
  • Broad understanding of financial aspects of practice management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), data reporting, and knowledge of electronic medical records
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations, Bloodborne Pathogen & OSHA Safety procedures
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous experience in a Primary Care office setting
  • Athena EMR experience
