Practice Administrator – Oral SurgerySchedule: Monday – Friday Location: Bel-Red Oral Surgery, Bellevue, Washington
Position Highlights:
Join our leading oral surgery practice as a Practice Administrator, a key leadership role ensuring an exceptional patient experience, team satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Practice Administrator oversees all aspects of the practice, fosters a positive and productive workplace, and drives performance goals through strategic planning and collaboration.
- Lead the practice's daily operations, including patient and referral experience, team member engagement, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure patients receive excellent customer service in a professional, caring environment.
- Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures to optimize practice performance.
- Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of team members to maintain a high-performing team.
- Monitor and manage practice performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet productivity goals.
- Maintain the workplace environment and facilities, implementing improvements as needed.
- Handle HR functions, including onboarding, terminations, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between team members and doctors, fostering collaboration and addressing concerns.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance practice operations.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Competency in P&L management regarding performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of related experience in healthcare or dental practice management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of medical and dental terminology.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
