Job Description:
Role Summary The People and Organization Practice Area Leader will be responsible for steering the growth, strategic direction, and delivery excellence of the practice. This role emphasizes building and nurturing client relationships, expanding service capabilities, and developing high-performing teams. The Practice Area Leader will also play a key role in shaping the practice's vision, aligning services with market demands, and ensuring that Steel Point Solutions continues to offer best-in-class people and organization solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic growth plan for the People and Organization practice area, focusing on business development, market expansion, and capability enhancement.
  • Client Relationship Development: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent management, organizational performance, and change management.
  • Capability Development: Lead the development of new capabilities and service offerings that align with evolving market demands and client needs, ensuring that the practice stays ahead of industry trends.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for organic growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and disseminate thought leadership in areas such as organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership development, and performance improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a team of experts in the people and organization domain, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other practice areas to develop integrated solutions that address client challenges holistically.
  • Financial Management: Drive the financial performance of the practice area, managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring profitability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 13+ years of experience in human capital management, organizational development, or related fields, with significant experience in a leadership role, driving growth, and managing client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
  • Certifications in human resources, project management, or organizational development (e.g., PMP, SHRM-SCP) are highly preferred.
