Job Description:
The Practice Listing Manager opening is with NDP, an affiliate company of Cain Watters & Associates. NDP guides and empowers dentists who are exploring potential ownership as well as established dentists looking to enlist a partner or sell their practice. Summary/Objective Reporting to the Head of Consulting, the Practice Listing Manager is responsible for both creating marketing communications to assist in locating a buyer for NDP Listing Clients interested in selling their practice and facilitating the engagement of new Listing Clients. Essential Functions
  • Meet annual company sales goals for the Listing Team by marketing for Listing clients and developing new listing client relationships
  • Build relationships with vendor partners and affiliates in search of new listing clients and buyers
  • Create and implement marketing strategies and communications to locate buyers for clients looking to sell and new listing clients
  • Communicate regularly with clients on marketing efforts and candidate updates
  • Facilitate post LOI listing process through close
  • Serve as additional support for the Listing Team
  • Responsibilities and Duties
  • Create marketing strategies for existing clients and practices to locate buyers
  • Keep website listings up to date
  • Negotiate Letter of Intent with buyer and seller until fully executed
  • Create a deliverable containing operational and financial information for each client
  • Manage all incoming Candidate inquiries (both phone and email) from potential buyers
  • Communicate with clients to gather operational information
  • Work with buyer's and buyer's advisors/team and lender to provide all necessary information needed to complete due diligence
  • Screen Candidates interested in practices we have for sale and/or future listings
  • Provide regular reporting to management on status of listing clients and marketing efforts
  • Keep Monday.com updated with client process and status

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 4+ years of applicable experience in client service, business development, customer service, or related field
    • Recruiting or Dental industry experience preferred, but not required
