Responsibilities:
Provides leadership, management and operational support within the assigned medical practice(s) to ensure achievement of the organization's strategic and operational plans by effectively managing human, financial and capital resources within the spirit of its missions and values. Assists in the overall management by coordinating resources to assure a high degree of safe, appropriate care and treatment for all patients; acts as role model and change agent. Coordinates activity to ensure appropriate charges are initiated to assist in maintaining operational viability. Works collaboratively with SCPA leadership in the evaluation of operations and the provision of services, problem resolution and initiates changes as necessary. This individual is responsible for ensuring physician participation and integration into the operations of the practice(s). This individual understands both the long-range goals and the short-term objectives and performance measures for SCPA, and remains focused on managing towards the objectives and standards.

St. Christophers Hospital for Children, a partnership between Tower Health and Drexel University, is a 188-bed facility that provides exceptional care to children throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.
