  • Practice Operations: Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, including managing staffing, inventory, scheduling, and client relations.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinary professionals and support staff to deliver top-notch care. Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue generation. Work closely with the practice owner and AmeriVet management to achieve financial goals.
  • Client Care & Customer Service: Ensure excellent client service by addressing client concerns, improving communication, and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure the practice complies with all veterinary regulations, industry standards, and AmeriVet guidelines.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruiting, training, and evaluating staff. Manage employee relations, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Marketing & Community Outreach: Assist with marketing initiatives to promote the hospital's services, expand the client base, and build relationships within the local community.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in veterinary practice management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of veterinary operations, finance, and human resources.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Experience with practice management software and scheduling systems.
  • Passion for animal care and commitment to the well-being of pets and clients.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
