Practice Manager Job Summary:
A local mental health practice with multiple locations is seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure consistent, efficient functioning across all offices. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of managing and mentoring a diverse team, while implementing streamlined procedures to enhance both staff and client experiences. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage staff effectively, and experience with payroll, hiring, and training.
Practice Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient client flow and front desk operations.
- Implement and maintain consistent office procedures and policies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage facility maintenance, inventory, and office supplies.
- Hire, train, and onboard new staff while maintaining consistent service standards.
- Mentor and coach staff, addressing performance issues and providing feedback.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure proper coverage across locations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate client records.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure a positive, empathetic experience.
- Assist with budgeting and monitor office expenses for cost savings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support as needed.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time, Monday-Friday, 20-30 hrs.
- $35/hr.
Practice Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-location settings
- Experience with hiring, training, and coaching staff
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and employee time tracking
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Empathy and professionalism in client and staff interactions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing practice environment
