Role: Lead BA- Commercial Lending Experience: 6+ years of experience in Banking with a focus in Commercial Lending Location: Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC Fulltime
Role expectations / Responsibilities: - Business Analyst / Product Owner for nCino implementation project
- Conduct business analysis, prepare stories / requirements, review and finalize requirements for Commercial Lending
- Coordinate with larger team and help understand requirements and provide clarifications.
- Create market analysis and point of views in consumer lending domain.
- Help with sales, prepare compelling proposals, and help practice leader with sales efforts.
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.
Experience and Skill set. - Strong Knowledge of Commercial Lending
- Worked as Product Owner and BA in Commercial Lending Domain
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Worked in Consulting firm and helped with market analysis, proposals.
- Prefer (not necessary) MBA with specialization in IT & Finance
- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Prior development experience is a plus.
