We aim to deliver patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings, with a goal of serving over a million patients annually by 2030!Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.Position Summary: AAC is seeking a high-integrity, purpose-driven Practice Manager to support operational excellence of our anesthesia practices in the Pacific Northwest market. This role focuses on managing clinical and administrative teams, driving profitability, and ensuring compliance with both regulatory and AAC best practices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong emphasis on practice growth through process efficiency and team collaboration, and he/she/they will be committed to fostering relationships with local leadership and clinicians.Candidates must be local to Washington or Oregon with preference for Seattle or Portland base. Must be willing to travel within Pacific Northwest market 1-2x monthly to meet with clients, prospects, and team members. Travel to AAC corporate office in Chicago at least 2x/year.Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Responsible for practice's operational KPIs and monitoring client profitability. Works closely with Anesthesia Scheduling Coordinator to maximize bundling and anesthesiologists/dental anesthesia assistant utilization. Works collaboratively with the clinical/operational leadership team to optimize workflows.Recruitment and Onboarding: Leads anesthesiologist recruitment, negotiates compensation packages, and oversees process from leadership conversation through start date to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Participates in the hiring of dental anesthesia assistants, in conjunction with the lead dental anesthesia assistant. Leads compensation discussions with these new hires and ensures there is a clear orientation plan in place for all new hires.Team and Client Support: Serve asmain point of contact for Talent Success Team (TST) and Business Development (BD) teams. Coordinates BD requests for clinical meetings and assists with all BD efforts. Attends TST/BD events as necessary.Compliance and Quality Monitoring: Help ensure adherence to regulatory standards, track quality metrics, and support performance improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or a related field.3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in surgical or anesthesia practices.Experience and/or aptitude for building close working relationships with clinical and administrative teams. Ability to collaborate, coordinate, and troubleshoot with key stakeholders.Familiarity with key performance metrics for practice profitability and operational efficiency.Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Benefits and Compensation:AAC offers a competitive salary and performance-based bonus opportunities for exceeding key performance indicators.
