Summary: The Pre-Owned Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned car department, including sales, inventory management, reconditioning, marketing, desking deals, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, with a focus on pre-owned car sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of pre-owned car sales associates
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals
- Oversee the inventory of pre-owned vehicles
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee the reconditioning and marketing process

- Significant experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on pre-owned car sales

Compensation:
- Base salary + commission: $175,000-$250,000 annually, based on performance and level of experience.
