By doing so we touch millions of people's lives every day.And we need people like you to make it happen.We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of - for food, people and the planet.Pre Press OperatorWe are looking for a Pre Press Operator to be trained in the preparation of flexographic plates and learn the processes involved in making, cutting, demounting, store and stack, clean the Twinlock sleeves, etc. Also you will be required to perform quality inspections on the plates.After you develop these skills, you will have the opportunity to learn plate mounting and start a rotation with the other makers in the preparation phase of the job.What you will doKey responsibilities include:* Making, Cutting, and Demounting of flexographic Plates* Sorting and Stacking flexographic Plates* Quality Inspection of Flexographic Plates* Data Entry* Organizing Flexographic Plates* Cleaning and Storing TwinLock Sleeves* Cross train in plate cutting, plate making, and plate mounting* Perform Autonomous Maintenance activities (cleaning and lubrication activities to maintain equipment) and involvement in World Class Manufacturing teams and analysis.We believe you have* High School Diploma or GED Preferred* Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred* Basic machine maintenance skills* Quality inspection and machine systems handling* Intermediate computer skills* Dependability and reliability* Eager and committed to grow in a company that practices world class manufacturing in every way, every day.* Basic math skills, basic reading comprehension, basic understanding of Microsoft Excel* Ability to read, understand and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures, and World Class Manufacturing processes* Must be available to work 12 hours shifts of 36 hrs/week and 48 hrs/week, including alternating weekends.We Offer You* A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape* A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results* An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion* Market competitive compensation and benefits,Apply NowIf you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what's good; for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at equity, and inclusion is an everyday part of how we work.
