The Customer Service Rep (CSR) is responsible for providing amazing customer service to our clients and customers. Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customer and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through constant tracking
- Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience
- Build and maintain client/vendor relationships
- Accurately process opens, holds and closes in multiple portals
- Queue management
- Complete projects as requested
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle redemptions appointments
- Answering and Returning calls and emails
- Handle condition reports
- Create inventory lists of personal property
- Data Entry
- Handle Impounds & Voluntary assignments
Requirements
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Are punctual and responsible
- Are organized and driven to meet deadlines
- Can remain professional and calm in high-stress situations
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Able to handle complaints resulting from escalated calls
- Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when necessary
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
The Pay:
- Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications (Starting at $16)
