Who We're Looking For:
Job Title: Precision/Aftermarket Specialist
Reports To: Director of Operations
Supervises: None
Pay: $28-40/hour
Works Closely With: Location Manager, Department Managers, and Sales Team
Job Summary: You will primarily focus on engaging directly with customers outside the dealership, promoting and selling parts and services. This role gives you the opportunity to highlight products such as precision technology, extended warranties, maintenance plans, machine inspections, special promotions, and more. You'll also be responsible for addressing customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in profiling equipment and participating in product presentations, sharing valuable customer insights with the sales team and managers. Providing technical support when needed and tackling other dynamic tasks will also be part of your role, ensuring that you have a diverse and impactful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sales activities for Precision Farming Systems, manage stocking levels, and support technology installation and setup.
* Conduct product demos, seminars, and training sessions for customers and store employees to maximize system use and sales.
* Assist with technical support needs, resolve issues with manufacturers, and manage technology subscription services.
* Monitor Fault Codes - This position will monitor eTim and Kubota Now for faults and maintenance alerts and proactively pursue solutions.
* Company Wide PIP management - They will work closely with the service and warranty managers by responding to and managing PIP workload.
* First Responder - This position will be available to all locations as a first responder to expedite machine down situations.
* Vehicle Management System (VMS) - Provide 100% accuracy of the VMS program to ensure connected vehicles are reporting and placed in correct customer account
* com - Confirm customer accounts and provide in depth training when required.
* Technical Liaison - Provide a conduit between OEM representatives and WTC staff to guarantee connected vehicles are responded to in an acceptable time frame
* Precision Farming Field Representative - Respond to precision framing inquires and proactively provide solutions to customers
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
* 1+ years' experience in agricultural business with involvement in either aftermarket or sales
* High school diploma or equivalency
* Excellent customer relationship skills
* Ability to stand, climb, and bend for extended periods
* Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
* Ability to drive for extended periods
* Associates degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 2-6 Years' experience in the agriculture equipment industry
* Proficient computer and software skills, to include Microsoft Excel, file managing strategies and strong software UI ability
* Experience using an Electric Service Tool, to diagnose and load software files

Training:
* Professional enhanced product knowledge and training provided by manufacturers and mentors to gain understanding and further develop skills and expertise.
Schedule:
* During business hours, Monday through Friday
* May need to perform duties outside of regular business hours
Work Location:
* This is not a remote position. Requires to be in-person at the dealership location.
Compensation Package:
* $28 to $40 per hour, base compensation based on experience and qualifications.
