Buffalo. Magtrol Precision electromechanical Assembler. $20 - 426/hour.Day Shift Position!Magtrol is currently looking for an experienced Precision Electromechanical Assembler. The candidate should have prior job experience related to some of the following job duties:Precision Assembler: * Fits and assembles component parts and sub-assemblies to complete unit in accordance with specifications. * Working from prints, schematics, and technical work instructions, completes light and heavy mechanical assembly, electronic components sub-assembly and assembly of a variety of electromechanical units. * Understands bearing fits and functions, lubricates as required. * Completes final assembly of hysteresis and friction units as required. * Completes final testing of finished product to ensure quality standards are within given specifications. * Ability to operate a drill press, hand press, coil winder and other small machines necessary for the assembly process. * Soldering capability.Preferred Capabilities: * Familiar with small, precise, and complex electromechanical assemblies and test procedures. * Understands friction surfaces with attention given to spacing and mechanical properties. * Uses measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers to ensure components meet specifications. * Has the ability to anticipate, troubleshoot and solve problems related to assembly and test processes. * Collaborates with engineering and quality assurance to enhance procedures and efficiencies.Follow link to apply through Indeed.com:
