The Pre-Construction Manager will oversee the early stages of various construction projects, including Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Build, and Design/Bid/Build projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project from the conceptual design phase through to finalizing subcontracts.
- Provide accurate cost predictions across all project scopes.
- Prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates and studies based on schematic or feasibility-level documents.
- Track the design progression and update estimates, highlighting variances, and perform value engineering analyses as needed.
- Develop and update preconstruction schedules in alignment with project design changes.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to conduct constructibility reviews, plan logistics, and manage scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant estimating or project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating and takeoff software, BIM tools and scheduling software.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 Base DOE
