Job Description:

We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, who possesses excellent communication and leadership skills to oversee and manage the preconstruction phase of our projects.

Description

  • Lead the preconstruction phase of projects
  • Review and analyze project plans and specifications
  • Develop and manage project budget and schedule
  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders
  • Prepare and present preconstruction proposals
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of preconstruction processes

Profile

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in preconstruction management in the property construction industry
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
