Main purpose of the Preferred Associate role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who can accurately complete preferred order processing and fulfillment requests. The person in this role will work 40+ hours per week. Overtime will be assigned on an as needed basis. This position is temporary for the first 60 days. Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff.

Major Responsibilities:

The pulling of inventory from fulfillment center pick mod or other processing areas.

Processing/packing inventory for customer orders as outbound shipments.

Processing customer returns.

Required Competencies:

• Highly productive mindset.
• Attention to detail when completing tasks.
• Performs well in a team environment.
• Punctual and can adhere to schedule (8AM-4:30PM).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Adequate written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work on feet and carry loads up to 25 pounds.
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years' experience in warehousing or order fulfillment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $16.00- $16.50/hour based on experience.
