Insurance law Attorney
Location - Irvine and Los Angeles
Job type - Full-time
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, and an active Bar license to practice law in California
- 3-20 years of experience specializing in Civil litigation, Insurance Defense, General liability or Premises liability cases
Responsibilities:
- Handles legal/Litigation work on assigned cases.
- Creates and maintains a documented strategy for case handling in each assigned case to include a synopsis of the intangible factors, i.e. the judge, plaintiff attorney, aggravating factors, etc.
- Prepares and submits timely status reports to claims handlers on all significant activities as they occur, but at no greater than 60-day intervals.
