We are currently in a period of ambitious growth, meaning huge progression opportunities for everyone.Key responsibilities of the role include:Assist in preparing fresh ingredients, mixers, and garnishes to support our bar teamMaintain cleanliness and organization in the bar prep area.Ensure seamless service by keeping stock levels and supplies ready.Collaborate with a talented, dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-end environmentSet up and close down dining room Support floor prep as needed To be considered for the role you will have:Experience working in some of the best bars in New York.Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses Good interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with all departments.
