The Food Prep is responsible for:
* The timely preparation and exhibition assembly of fresh quality hot and cold product
* Assists in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads and putting together entrees
* Must have the ability to utilize a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils
* Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
* Assisting chefs and following detailed recipe specifications while adhering to NYC Department of Health guidelines
* Ensures that food is stored properly
* 1-2 years prior experience preferred
