Description:Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shiftPractices sanitary and safe food handling at all timesSets up work stationPrepares all food according to Arooga's recipes and specificationsMentally prioritizes tasks to maximize use of timeDates, labels and rotates all productsCompletes all assigned prep work within assigned time linesWorks cook's line during high volume periods as directed by management Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projectsCompletes other job duties as assigned by the Manager, KM, AKM, or KSExecutes shift with maximum skill and efficiency.Evening, Weekend and Holiday work is requiredRequirements:Reading and verbal communication skills requiredCapable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safelyAble to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and othersAttention to detailAbility to read and follow recipes in the manner in which they are written.Be able to find or have a reliable source of transportation.Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
