**REQUIREMENTS****:**

College degree in computer field preferred. At least 2 years experience in data analytics using Microsoft Office products, pivot tables, and queries. Familiarity with AS/400 is a plus. Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Must be able to pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screening test.

**Job Summary:**

Monitor and report on all Dealer Business Systems (DBS) and service operations while looking for and making suggestions on new or different ways to increase use and efficiency in the service department, based on information in reports. Maintain and distribute reports to management on department status. Create and run ad hoc reports as needed. Work with service management to handle any DBS problems that may occur and be the contact between service and IT Department on all DBS issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

All reports given to service management are accurate.

Prepares warranty expense analyses/reports and submits them to management by the 10th of each month.

Prepares monthly reports (except warranty expense) and submits to management no later than the 10th of the month, including PM Statement, W/O Efficiency, Oil Lab Financials, TM&R Reports, etc.

Monitors and reports the status of inventory accounts on a monthly basis to include bulk oil, diesel/gas, and steel account.

Continues to search and provide ideas for new and more efficient reporting methods for service operations management.

Provides responsive support for establishing or maintaining system standards and application requirements for users within the service operation.

Handles all system entry requests from various departments in a timely manner.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

* Provides best in class service; consistently pays attention to detail. Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all food preparation equipment.

* Prepares various foodservice and beverage products to specifications.

* Ability to react to varying business volumes by maintaining acceptable levels of our food offerings.

* Ensures all food offerings are correctly presented according to company standards.

* Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

* Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and display cases.

* Complies with the company standard regarding portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and food regulations.

* Remains knowledgeable of products/services, policies and procedures.

* Actively welcomes guests as they enter the store and informs guests of offers.

* Maintains logs that include receiving logs, product temperature logs, waste tracking logs, food preparation log.

* Orders, receives, handles, dates and rotates all products according to company specifications and food regulations.

* Follows the work schedule as posted.

* Notifies GM of any discrepancies during shift (i.e., order, store/personnel issues).

* Reports all accidents and injuries to the GM immediately.

* Reports any illnesses to GM immediately.

* Maintains clean facilities and an orderly work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environments.
