Description The Brassy Bird is looking for Prep Cooks! The Prep Cook follows standard recipes to help keep our kitchen ready to serve the anticipated guests for the day. Duties are usually delegated from the Chefs or a Line cook. Knife skills, proper food handling and sanitation techniques, and time management are necessary strengths of this position.
