This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under time constraints, and a commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards. The Prep Cook plays a vital role in contributing to the seamless operation of the kitchen and ensuring the timely preparation of ingredients for culinary activities.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Follow prep lists & recipes.
- Properly stock BEO Carts to set the team up for success
- Help fire food during meal times when directed.
- Maintain proper food handling procedures.
- Keep a clean workspace.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have an active food handlers card.
- Must have food safety skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to working hours, as event schedules require.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred and considered a plus.
- Must be friendly, reliable, and punctual.
