Job Title: Prep Cook

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $22.00/hr + Bonuses

Shift Times: Varies based on client needs

Indeed Flex is seeking Prep Cooks to join our top-tier hospitality teams in Austin, TX. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, preparing ingredients, and assisting chefs, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ingredient Prep: Wash, peel, chop, and measure ingredients as needed for dishes.
• Assist Cooks: Provide assistance to line cooks and chefs during service.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations clean and organized at all times.
• Stock Management: Keep inventory organized and monitor stock levels.
